Ash & Oak started as a wood-fired food truck with one obsession — making great pizza with real ingredients over an open flame. That obsession grew into something bigger.


Now on Main Street in Williamstown, we're an Italian-inspired restaurant where the menu rotates, the fire never goes out, and the wait is always worth it. We cook food we're proud of, in a space we love, for a community that keeps showing up.
