This five-course holiday dinner celebrates tradition, fire, and seasonality, beginning with wood-fired octopus and calamari, moving through handmade Cavatelli in truffle cream, and culminating in tenderloin with winter vegetables and a touch of sweetness in our “milk & cookies” finale. Each course is crafted to honor simplicity, comfort, and connection.
